UPDATE
The car was safetied in Quebec and I was told there would be no problem to get a safety in Ontario. I was shocked to hear it did not pass the safety because there were major issues with the car. Very surprised that the technicians missed these very obvious issues. I was also told I would receive the missing floor mat for the car and according to them it was shipped. Almost a month later, nothing. It is very hard getting a response from them now. Very disappointing.
