Buying my used Blazer from Fred, he made the entire process a breeze! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the features of the Blazer in detail, and made sure I saw all the features and answered my emails to ensure that everything was going smooth for my pickup date. What really stood out was his honesty and professionalism—there was no pressure, just genuine assistance. If you’re in the market for a Chevrolet, I highly recommend asking for Fred. He’s the best! Thanks to everyone else who assisted.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from St. Eustache Chevrolet following my January 2025 purchase of a 2020 vehicle. A pre-existing audio system defect was identified during the purchase, and while the dealership promised to fix it before delivery, the issue remained unresolved when I picked up the car. Despite their assurance that the part would be ordered and I would be notified, a month passed with no action. After my follow-up, it took further prompting for them to address the issue. In March, the car manufacturer informed me the problem was easily fixable, but the dealership, specifically Mr. Mark-Olivier Desautels, was unwilling to cover the cost and requested I drive two hours to drop off the car during the weekday for diagnosis, which they were already aware. To avoid the inconvenience of returning the vehicle and after multiple communications, Mr. Desautels promised to give us a $100 gift card for the inconvenience as well as promised to pay the repair cost for the audio system at the local car manufacturer. While the audio system eventually got repaired, it is now May 2025, and I have yet to receive the promised gift card. My multiple attempts to contact the dealership, including several calls to Mr. Daniel André, and Mr. Desautels, and an emails sent on their team, have been completely ignored. Today, Mr. Desautels even denied making the promise. This dealership prioritized making a sale over providing adequate customer service. Their lack of follow-through and broken promises are unacceptable, and I strongly advise against trusting St. Eustache Chevrolet with your business. They have regrettably lived up to negative stereotypes associated with used car salespeople.

Let me tell you, the initial song at this dealership was impressive. 'Bumper to bumper warranty!' they chirped. Well, the car sprung a leak – the wipers, of all things, decided to give up the ghost. No big deal, right? Warranty! Wrong. Six weeks. Six. Whole. Weeks. That's how long it took them to replace a couple of strips of rubber. Six weeks of driving in a winter weather, hoping I wouldn't need to see where I was going. For that kind of 'fair service,' I can only offer a sarcastic thank you....

Very rude staff ! Horrible service department! Reception ignored me! My calls were transferred and ignored! They lie and they don’t inform you on what’s being done on your car! Overall experience was stressful and frustrating!

Fred was amazing! Fast and easy - got my car ready for pickup with little notice and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Great warranty options and I love my car so much 10/10 :)
