My husband and I purchased our first electric vehicle (Chevrolet Bolt 2027) from Felix. The whole experience from the reception to leaving with our new car was outstanding. Felix made the purchase a great experience, his knowledge and attention made the purchase very easy. Julie at the finance department was excellent and Kim took the time to explain all the features of the car to us before leaving. Marie-Pierre who handles claims helped clarify what my tire and wheel insurance covered that we had purchased (to our advantage I might add) very well. She took the time to verify and reverify what was covered so that I left the dealership extremely satisfied. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
